Features:
It is developed by the rotary three-target magnetron sputtering technology, having double M-ALN cermet layers. This tube has the advantage of highest thermal efficiency (0.96), lowest emittance rate(≤0.04/20 degrees centigrate) and works effectively in the high temperature(300~500 degrees centigrate) in contrast to the normal evacuated tube. The corresponding film structure is ALN/M-ALN(LMVF)/M-ALN(HMVF)/Cu.
